JLS star JB Gill has announced his support for The Wild Network's Project Wild Thing campaign, which aims to encourage children to spend time outside connecting with nature rather than in front of screens.
Gill, joined by fellow ambassadors including TV presenters Michaela Strachan and Chris Packham and former footballer Ian Wright, stressed the importance of nature, saying 'Whether it is farming or camping, walking or mountain climbing all of these things provide essential experiences to children and gives them a broader perspective on life'. He aims to take up deer farming following JLS's final tour later this year.
